Policies
Late policy: Please call, if possible. Sessions start and end at the agreed time, and you are urged to be at my office on time to receive your full session. Arriving late will reduce your time in session but will not alter the fee.
Cancellations: Session time is valuable. I honor your time by being present and reserving that space specifically for you. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice and I am unable to fill the space you reserved I will ask that you honor my time and will bill you in full for that missed appointment. This must be paid in full before booking your next appointment.
Changing your session length/treatment: When you make your appointment, as a courtesy I block off a significant amount of time so you can receive no-rush service. You may request to change the length or the treatment up to 24 hours in advance. If I am able to accommodate this request, I will do so happily. However, should you decide to shorten your session length or make a change in your requested treatment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be responsible for the full payment amount of the original requested appointment.
Procedures
Each new client will be given a brief intake form to fill out. This will take basic medical history so I can provide a massage that is both safe and effective!
